Professional Home Cleaning With A Personal Touch!

1. How will our relationship work?
Home Neat Home offers convenient weekly, biweekly and monthly cleaning. We know we must earn your continued patronage each visit. We don't have you sign a contract. We depend on communication, your special instructions and your comments on our performance. Home Neat Home wants to know if there is a better way to serve you.

2. What time will Home Neat Home arrive?
Our normal work week is Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. A specific time is difficult to average - We offer first house, second house and third house time slots and give an approximate time. We make every effort to meet your needs.

3. Do I have to be home when the Cleaners are there?
Most of our customers are not. When setting up your regular service we will discuss with you the most convenient way for us to access your home on a regular basis and securing your home as we leave.

4. Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
Our cleaners are completely prepared with all the cleaning products, cloths and dusters to get your home thoroughly cleaned. If there is a specific product you would like us to use - just leave it out for us and we're happy to follow your instructions. We ask that our homeowner provide the vacuum for the carpeted areas. We feel there is a sanitary issue bringing a vacuum from house to house.

5. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
We want to spend our time cleaning for you - if you take a few minutes the night before to prepare for us by picking up clothing, household items and toys we can get right to the cleaning.

6. What if I need to change a cleaning date?
Just give us a call 48 hours in advance - Occasionally a home owner has a vacation or special event. We are happy to make a scheduled adjustment - so we're there when you need us.

7. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
Home Neat Home will give you a call to reschedule your service on a day the works for you.

8. What are my payment methods?
We accept Visa and Mastercard or you may leave your payment on the kitchen counter each visit. Our cleaners will leave you a receipt that lists accomplished tasks and reminds you of your next scheduled clean.

9. Our Commitment
If there is something in your home that was not cleaned to your satisfaction - Call us the next business day - we'll be back to make it right.
